I really do apologize for being MIA since I started this group. My life has evolved so much since then. I've felt so empowered since I began practicing my yoga daily. I'm stronger and in better shape now than when I was in high school. I've even earned some yoga teacher training credits! I'm so excited to eventually attain the basic 200 hour certification.
I no longer think of endometriosis as a controlling factor in my life. I love to say that. For ten years, I would merely exist between my bouts of pain. Now, I can say that I truly feel alive.
Hey, I recently got into Yoga and love it, but I'm just starting out... anyone have any poses/ideas/advice for me? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, -Carla
I can see the benefit of this for people w/endo & post hysterectomy, but I'm afraid (make that pretty much PHOBIC) of the pain/hurt that exercising brings-even though I know it'll help me in the end. Anyone know the best approach to gett started w/this in my case? I *know* I need to exercise. Any ideas/suggestions on how to overcome this & get back my life?

HI, Yoga for Endo Relief!
I love Yoga, and I believe it helps a lot! I feel like the Sun Salutations are particularly good for me. I have the Wii Fit, which isn't an awesome substitute for a real live instructor, but it is great for everyday use!
