PSA: thermacare heat patches

I'm sure you all already know this, but these "portable" heating pads are soooo nice when you can't use your main heating pad. I actually don't get the "menstrual" ones as much as the "back" ones (they are larger, hehe). 

I get mine from CVS, but I know other places carry them, otherwise drugstore.com I think has them.

**I also don't get the store brand ones though because they use a "belt" thing that I don't like, but the name brand ones just stick to your pants/underwear so nicely.

Helps me a lot so I thought maybe someone out there could benefit from my "wisdom" ; )

    I love those! I use them all the time and use Walgreens discount version of it.  I actually prefer it to the name brands cause there is a solid thin square of heat versus those dot things. :) Glad you joined the group!!  Hope you can make it to the meeting.

    Those theracare heat pads are some of my best friends when I'm in pain!! However, the methol ones don't help worth a damn. Good luck all.

    They are true lifesavers when I have social functions that I can't cancel at the last minute. I should invest stock in ThermaCare. haha

    I love those too.  They give me some relieve when going to bed isn't an option.
