Stressed?

I don't know about you gals, but I've been so stressed out lately.  the economy certainly isn't helping, nor is my boyfriend getting laid off, or my stressing about whether or not I'll be offered my managers job that I interviewed for. 

And all this stress is whacking my period out, it's already 1 week late, my pain seems to be getting worse the more I think of all the stuff that's going on.  I've gained some weight back since I haven't been interested in watching what I eat lately. 

So what should I do to just chill out?  Got any good advice?  :)  I'm thinking long hot bath, a good romance novel, some ib profen, and a glass of wine.  :D  just thinking about that makes me happier.  What do you ladies do to de-stress?

    Perfect timing. I was offered a job a month ago and they fired my last Thursday. Pain was fine before this, but now, I've been in constant pain since Thursday. I'm sure it's related to stress. I have some tips and should probably take my own advice.

    I recently began seeing a therapist and when I predicted stress coming in the past, she told me to pamper myself. Don't push myself too hard. Take a hot bath or read a good book. Listen to music you like. Do what makes you happy. Leave the housework for another day.

    I took a vacation in between jobs and the Image Therapy really worked well for me. Ocean sunsets were a great release. I felt great in Florida. Maybe I should be moving. haha

    I've been stressed out too, from work and TONS of other stuff going on... It doesn't help that I've been sick and just found out that my aunt has breast cancer... I gained some weight too, so just recently I've been forcing myself to eat healthier and I've been trying to treat myself better.... I have been trying to take the time during my lunch hour to do yoga too, which seems to help calm me a little, I usually feel better afterwards and more relaxed.

    Hey Carla!  I  hear that!  So sorry to hear about your aunt and you being sick.  Great idea to do yoga at lunch, maybe I should start integrating that or meditation into my day.  Especially since my stress level is about to go up since I got promoted at work.

    Stressing out makes the pain worst i am one of those people that stress about every thing ... and yes the pain get bad when you stress the thing is finding out how to make your self not stress .... like right now i am stressing about having a baby ... how every thing gets better for you hun
