I knit, do cross stitch, beading, make collages when i dont feel to bad. When i am in pain i usually watch tv, read, or go on the internet while i have my heating pad on. Then i have 8 ferrets to take care, which can be a little much when i am not feeling well ,but their my babies. I am trying to find a way to make a living with some of my hobbies since the job i have now is becoming a real strain on my body.

I browse the internet on my laptop. If I cant do that I watch TV or read anything with a very hot pack at my back. or chat a friend at the phone, If its still not good. Then I try to get to sleep after taking some painkillers.

I like reading, it's usually nice and relaxing and distracting too... I like watching movies, or tv since I can usually just lay there with a heating pad and relax... I've been taking little walks since the weather is getting nicer here, although I can't always do those... I've gotten into photography a little bit, but that's only when the mood strikes... I do some scrapbooking too, and I like to listen to music.

Well since most weekends I am too exhausted to do anything, I tend to watch a LOT of TV. So much so I started a TV blog to try and make something useful out of it. (www.TVholicsAnonymous.com) I also knit which has helped take my mind of matters. If you are a knitter, there's a great pattern for a knitted uterus. I know it sound odd but I have used the one I made to help people see where my endo is.

I lay on my side and take percocet and oxycontin to relieve my pain, and I watch t.v. and now I am a part of this and am constantly on searching for answers. Also I search the web every night for possible solutions and specialists in nj area.

For me, it's Knitting, Cross-Stitch, Reading, Watching funny &/or interesting movies.  Basically, things to keep me in one place & curled up while the pain goes away.  It also helps becoming "Cat Furniture" when my 3 cats take turns layingg on me...ensuring I rest.  Sometimes, I play games on my DirecTV Game Lounge (you use your remote to play) if I feel up to it too...

I'm kind of all-around, whatever the mood strikes me as.
