major trouble need help asap

ok i am getting married in 3 weeks and well im having a bit of trouble fitting in my dress. i cant do normal excersises to lose weight if anyone has any idea on how i can lose weight or fix my diet to lose the weight because i am losing my mind! i need help sooo sooo fast please help me out

    Three weeks. Hmm... if it were me, I'd try a combination of pooping, whole-grains, walking and stretching.

    First off, fill up on fiber, and if you need, start downing prune juice. I swear after a night of prune juice I'll lose 15 pounds. No joke! It seems so gross that poop makes us so fat, takes up so much room, and makes us bloated like the wazzoo, but it so does.
    If I need to lose weight fast, I poop. There are lots of ways to do it, but I do prefer the tastier versions. Prune juice and apple juice all day long, with a liquid, vegetable soup diet. Veggies have a lot of fiber.

    Switch all your grains to whole-grain! It overhauls your body's system of insulin production and blood-sugar spikes. Also helps with bloating.

    Walking, a minimal pain workout. Also helps to move the digestive system and whatever amount you can get your heart rate up, the better.
    And stretching, with Yoga or Pilates really refines all of your body, especially the good curves.

    If you want to lose weight QUICKLY......go on a what I call "Healthy diet".....it's kind of a combination of things Ive heard along the way....it is dieting, but it's not a diet where you feel deprived! And it makes u lose weight pretyy quickly. If I go strict on it, I lose ten pounds in a week.......

    A.) Stay away from intaking ALOT of carbs.....not the atkins diet Im talking about...I mean...one piece a bread.....or a small cup of potato salad isnt gonna hurt you, but DON"T over eat them

    B.) Go from eating three big or normal size meals a day to eating a bunch of small meals through out the day.....it keeps your metabolism going which in turn helps burn fat faster throughout the day, and smaller portion intake...is better all the way around b/c u dont over eat as all of us tend to do

    C.) Drink NOTHING but water....cut out SODA. And while juice can be healthy....it;'s filled with sugar. Water has no fat no sugar, it helps flush fat out of ur body AND if u drink enough a day it actually can fill ur stomach so ur not so hungry.

    D.) Dont eat after 7:00 @ night.

    ~dont deprive yourself...just eat healthy

    EXAMPLE:

    Breakfast: small bowl of raison bran or somthing like that & a banana OR a cereal Bar

    Lunch: a can of tuna and a cup of yogurt OR a salad with GRILLED chkn and a vinegarette dressing

    Dinner: a steak & a small portion of green beans OR a peice of BQ chkn and a cup of broccli & cheese

    IT works!  think meat Veggies and fruit...and an occasional carb =) It works! Hope this helps!

    Eating like that for just a week, you will lose some weight, it always works for me!

    Also........water weight gain can make you look bloated (and really it just water)....u could take some pills to get rid of the excess water.
