Has anyone had any pelvic muscle spasms?

They feel like menstrual cramps , right in that area. A previous Dr. said I have Pelvic muscle spasms

Has anyone had any pelvic muscle spasms?

    I have these and they think because I have random spasms in my body that I may have fibromyalgia. Plus my pelvic floor muscles are all messed up and spasm all the time so who knows!

    If you spasm a lot then I would bet ya do too from what my endo specialist said to me. Plus some of the more widespread pain is actually sometimes our pelvic floor muscles  spasming which feels just like endo pain.
