Need suggestions!!! Asap!

I'm going on a trip to the upper penninsula tomorrow and it's a 7 hour car ride. I know it's not that long but last time I went for a long car ride I was in so much pain from sitting in the seat for so long, I'm trying to think of ways to make it easier. We are going to spread my fiance's dad's ashes up there, so it's important that I go. I was going to bring pillows and heating pads... I think we are having a full car so I don't think I'll be able to recline much. I'm not sure what it was but staying in that position for so long just kind of froze things up I guess... Anyone else have this problem or is it just me? Any other suggestions?

Set up a massage for the day you drive in or the morning after.  I do that when I travel by car or plane anywhere.  If you can not to it while you are there try to do it the day before you leave for relaxation.  Also Aleka suggestions are great too:)

For me when I have to travel far I use those donuts that you sit on and they make such a DIFFERENCE!!! Hope it all goes ok and that you dont end with a lot of pain.
